Monadelisa the multi-talent from switzerland has been living on the canary island of la gomera, where most of the music on the cd

“Gomera, sol de mi vida” was written.

Sitting between vulcanic rocks and gazing over the wide ocean i improvise and experiment freely with guitar and voice.

A little less romantically in her own recording studio the tunes are then taking shape and a new dimension is added by arranging and recording them. electronic sounds are renounced, but intricate choir arrangements subtly provide colour.
